Duet© pennants can be hung against a wall indoors or out. They may be used singly or in multiples, and are nice in combination with Spirit Flags©. Hung in a window, they take on the qualities of stained glass. Suspended by the use of plastic fasteners outdoors, the fluttering is charming.
